One of the best things to come onto the Internet scene is Craigslist. It is a website that allows you to use high speed internet to post items for sale, search for a job, or find a place to live. My personal favorite use for it is to run my own little yard sale from the sofa. Throughout the year, I find things around my house that I no longer use or need, but I still think would be worth something to someone. All I have to do is take a photo and compose a short write-up about the item, then post it all. Some items receive many emails very quickly, while others solicit little response. However, it's better than just giving it away and you are sometimes able to make more money on things than you could at a yard sale. If an item doesn't sell, the cool thing is that you don't have to completely redo the listing. There's an option that allow you to repost the item with the click of a button.
